Agreement Terms
This agreement confirms the payment terms between the company and the client. The maid will be provided by the
company. The first salary of the maid will be paid to the company, which includes service and processing
charges.
Additional charges such as fuel (for the first-time drop-off) will be borne by the client. If the company's
driver drops the maid, fuel must be reimbursed by the client.
A one-time commission will be charged separately. Company commission will also be applicable for a period of two
months from the date of hiring.

4. Responsibilities
ExpertMaidProvider Will:
- Provide trained and verified staff
- Replace staff within [2–3 days] if client is unsatisfied
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Client Will:
- Provide a safe and respectful working environment
- Make payments on time
- Inform 7 days prior for cancellation or service change
5. Termination
- Either party can terminate with 7-day written notice
- Immediate termination in case of misconduct or breach
6. Agreement Validity
- Valid for [1 month / 3 months / 6 months], auto-renewed unless notified
- Any changes will be communicated in writing
